A banker by profession and philanthropist by heart, found his calling to give back to the society while he was the senior manager in Punjab National Bank and he took voluntary retirement. With varied corporate experience, he decided to settle down in mountains and he started consulting local NGOs. He has refurbished the British era dak bungalow into a quaint mountain home, an all time demanding stay in Mukteshwar area. Having functional experience of both corporate and social sector, he guides the team in planning and execution of the programs

An alumni of IIM Ahmedabad (PGP2001). Have worked in global roles in Americas, Europe, and Asia ( India) with Fortune 500 company like GE , midsize companies like Genpact, Accretive Health, Infosys Public Services, Virtusa before starting A++ Ventures in Nov 2015. In his social ventures, he has organized global events at NYC, SFO, New Delhi, Patna, Bodh Gaya, Ranchi in areas of entrepreneurship, leadership, alumni, investments and have social media expertise as well as relationships with Media. Currently, as part of A++ Ventures, working with innovative companies like Innominds , NRI Family Health as well various start-ups in Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Bodh Gaya, Patna, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, San Francisco Bay Area, New York in consulting/advisory roles. Have worked closely with government too on pro-bono basis.

A management graduate,who started his career as Government Officer, Ashish Srivastava always wished to create and add value to whatever he do. His penchant of entrepreneurship led him to opening of A Financial Distribution House-"Nivesh Salaah" in 2007 where he use to conduct financial planning workshops to aware the people about their Financial Goals and the way to reach there. His entrepreneurial journey started with one office in Gorakhpur along with team of 4 employees has now extended to 5 offices and 20 employees catering 4000 happy customers across different cities. Ashish belief in job creation and his trust in India’s startup eco system has led him to invest in 3 startups. He has been religiously mentoring them. An ardent speaker he has been speaking on different forums including DFDA and MFRT of which he is now a proud member.
