Credit / Debit Card Security

Aarohanam Foundation is grateful for the donations that help us continue our valuable work. When you donate to Aarohanam Foundation online, your card information is secured; your credit card number is used only for that particular transaction and is not stored.  If you allow us to store your credit card or bank information for future use such as recurring donation, such information will be stored by the payment services financial institution.  Aarohanam Foundation only uses financial institution that adheres to the industry standards for storing such information.

Is donation secure?

Absolutely. The security and confidentiality of your information is our highest priority. We use industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for online donations.

Is donation tax-deductible?

No. Currently, the donations and gifts to Aarohanam Foundation are not Tax Deductible. We are gradually moving in the direction to acquire the 80G receipt and we shall update you once it is done. 

A donation receipt will be sent to you at the email address that you would have provided while making donations, as soon as your donation is processed.

Welcome To Aarohanam Foundation Donation Refund Policy

Aarohanam Foundation follows a reliable refund policy to let our donors feel privileged about their association with us. We take utmost care about processing donations as per the mandates signed by our donors in the donor forms, both offline and online. But in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous deduction or If the Donor wants to cancel/deduct the donation, Aarohanam Foundation will respond within 7 working days from the date of receiving the complaint from donor. The timely refund of the wrongly deduced amount will depend on type of card used during transaction. We would require a proof of deduction of the donation amount and a written communication for refund from the donor within two days after donation.

• 01.In such cases if the receipt already has been issued, then the Donor need to return the original receipt at our official address.

• 02.In the case of tax exemption certificate already issued, refund will not be possible.
